1. Introduction

• The full name registered on the account must match the name of the payment method owner being used.

Deposit:

• All deposit methods used must be registered under the name of the verified member.

Withdrawal:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method previously used for deposits.

• Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account.

8. Account Closure

You may close your 29hoki account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, please ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn, as any remaining balance after a specified period may be subject to the inactivity policy.

29hoki reserves the right to close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.

10. Amendments to Terms
